Monuments By Parts
The Monuments By Parts page is the space to view all parts on all active orders, compare against current inventory, and evaluate which parts have been received in a shipment. To learn more about confirming receipt
Viewing Parts
Upon opening the page, all parts on order will be displayed, separated by Order ID.
Rows can be sorted by Order ID, by clicking any of the order headers. The sort will switch between ascending Order ID and descending.
Searching and Filtering
Search and filter for specific orders by entering the query into the search bar.
You can filter on the following fields:
Order ID
Color
Size
Finish
Type
Vendor
Job Status
Marking Have & Received
Two columns on the right of the screen, Have and Received, help track which parts are currently on-hand, waiting to be delivered, and which have been received in a shipment. The Received checkbox is populated from the Parts On Order receipt flow. Upon confirming receipt on that page, the checkbox will be automatically populated.
Exporting Active Parts List
The active parts list can be exported, with all pertinent fields included in the export. To generate an export, click the Export button on the right side of the screen. The export will be generated automatically and downloaded.
