Parts On Order
The Parts On Order page is the space to view all parts that have been ordered from vendors and verify receipt of parts.
Viewing Parts On Order
Upon opening the page, all parts on order will be displayed, grouped and sorted by Order ID.
Rows can be sorted by Order ID, by clicking any of the order headers. The sort will switch between ascending Order ID and descending.
Searching and Filtering
Search and filter for specific parts on order by entering the query into the search bar for the respective field you wish to search.
Confirming Receipt of Parts
The Parts On Order page is the primary location to check and confirm receipt of parts that are on order. Upon receiving parts, clicking the Receive button will prompt you to confirm receipt of the part
Upon confirming the receipt of the part, the part will disappear from this view, as it has been marked as received. In the Monuments By Parts page, the part will also display the Received checkmark.
