Proofs
The Proofs page is the control center for managing, submitting, editing, and approving proofs.
Viewing Proofs
Navigating to the landing page will display a view of Order information, with the associated proof(s) linked on the right side of the screen.

Orders can be filtered and searched by entering the criteria in the respective field at the top of the screen. To view order information, click the folder icon on the left side of the screen. A modal will appear containing order information.
The proof(s) can be viewed by clicking the proof image on the right of the screen. Clicking the image will open the Proof Manager.
Proof Manager
The Proof Manager page allows you to upload proof(s), process submittals, approve files, and assign a designer.

Uploading Proofs
Proofs can be uploaded by clicking the appropriate button pertaining to the part of the order you're uploading a proof for.

Clicking the button will prompt you to upload a file. Upon uploading the file, it will appear under the upload buttons in the proof manager.
Processing a Submittal
To process a submittal, click the Process a Submittal button. You'll have the option to add a customized message and respond to the designer.
