Stock On Order

The Stock On Order screen displays a list to help verify what has been ordered through vendors. The list is sorted by Order ID, with all parts that are on order listed for the Order ID.

Filtering for Parts

Inventory can be filtered by Family Name, Status, and Order Number by entering the search criteria in the respective field at the top of the screen.

Receiving Stock

Once parts have been received and confirmed, they can be checked in checking the Confirmed checkbox. There is a quantity prompt that will allow you to enter the quantity of inventory that is being confirmed.
