Check Inventory

The Check Inventory page allows you to view existing inventory to understand what may currently be in stock, as well as claiming in-stock inventory for orders.

Checking Inventory

Users are first prompted to select between Items or Packages to further filter inventory that appears.

Once one of Items or Packages has been selected, applicable inventory will appear in a list view, displaying the amount of each item or package that is ordered, on-hand, and available.

Claiming Inventory

Inventory on-hand can be claimed for a new order. In order to claim inventory, click the checkbox on the right side of the line item. The item will appear in the small window on the right side of the screen, with a prompt to set quantity.

Once the quantity has been determined, click Claim Items to New Order.

Clicking this button will prompt the Claim Inventory modal to appear. Entering the family name and clicking Create Order will create the order record. Once the record is created, you can edit order details from the Orders screen.
